Where is the Moral Law summarily comprehended?

The Moral Law is summarily comprehended in the Ten Commandments.

Moses said, Deuteronomy 10:4 (NASB)
“He wrote on the tablets, like the former writing, the Ten Commandments which the LORD had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly; and the LORD gave them to me.”

Someone came to Jesus and said, “Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may obtain eternal life?” Jesus first corrected the man’s understand of good saying, “There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.” Jesus then using the ten commandments, as a test, shows the man how far short he is from perfection, for the man put his wealth before God; thus, violating the first of the ten commandments.
